US, UK ask Pakistan to hand over Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi to India

Yeah keep ranting. For you 3 KM is as muchas 300 Kms only. Your police informers would obviously not pick it up, that's how professionally he was hidden, completely silent. You don't wanna use your common sense, that is your problem man. All this 'knnowledge' you are quoting is a screen you are using to convince your own self that is not the case.

Hence proved. I was debating with a hardcore, brain dead, retard conspiracy theorist who is not making any sense and basing is arguments on his wilful wishes instead of ground realities. Good day to you sir.

Good day too you too sir, maybe lots of pot will help you further your conclusion that your military generals didn't know about Osama on your soil.

. .
BS you can't compare India with Pak. Hell we did the investigation ON OUR OWN without any prompting from Pak, we could have sabotaged it from the start. No, we went into it and identified the culprits. We had to make an embarrassing U Turn which also we did. And after all this we'll have a problem throwing a freaking baba in jail. in pak on the other in order to fool the world you even made ajmal kasab's family disappear. What have you don with them?

BS. You guys have a history of releasing such terrorists and extremists. Even your PM is one such example. In some civilized country he wouldn't even get a chance to participate in elections let alone become PM. You released aseem anand and with extremists ruling India it is just matter of time before Col Prohit would be out soon. That is your past, present and future. As for Ajmal Kasab's family. Are they culprit in some incident. What you have to do with them? Nothing. Why comparing apples with oranges.

Good day too you too sir, maybe lots of pot will help you further your conclusion that your military generals didn't know about Osama on your soil.

Well you definitely pots of weed to believe that since facts as presented by @Bratva don't support you.

The US and the UK have asked Pakistan to hand over Mumbai attacks accused Zaki-Ur Rehman Lakhvi to India, possibly being the reason the Nawaz Sharif government has thwarted the Lashkar militant’s release after he was given bail in the 2008 terror case.

The two western powers additionally gave Pakistan the option to hand over Lakhvi to them for an international trial.

Although no official statement has been made either by White House or 10 Downing Street, the development may have significant repercussion for India-Pakistan dynamics since New Delhi has long been insisting Islamabad be forced to hand over terror suspects like Lakhvi and other Lashkar e-Taiba militants for carrying out attacks on Indian soil.

A government lawyer told the Islamabad high court, which is hearing appeals on Lakhvi’s bail, that "two countries had demanded handing over of Lakhvi to India". The prosecution lawyer, however, did not name the countries in the court.

But a Pakistani interior ministry source identified the two countries as the US and the UK, PTI reported. The two nations said Lakhvi should either be handed over to India in order to "improve ties" or to them for his "independent trial" as several nationals of different countries were killed in the 2008 attacks.

The prosecution also requested the division bench headed by justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui to expedite the case, prompting the judge to remark, "Shift the case to the military court if the government is in such a hurry."

The judge also said handing Lakhvi over to any country was a "diplomatic issue" concerning the government and the court had nothing to do with it.

Prosecution chief Chaudhry Azhar told PTI that Lakhvi's lawyer did not attend Monday’s hearing.

"The court in last hearing had issued summons for Lakhvi but his counsel did not appear. On this, the court adjourned the hearing," he said.

The court office will fix the next date for hearing.

In the last hearing, the prosecution told the HC the trial court had ignored testimony in the 26/11 case while granting bail to Lakhvi on December 18, 2014.

Lakhvi will remain in jail under the Maintenance of Public Order (MPO) till February 18 after the government extended his detention for another month.

Lakhvi and six others - Abdul Wajid, Mazhar Iqbal, Hamad Amin Sadiq, Shahid Jameel Riaz, Jamil Ahmed and Younis Anjum - have been charged with planning and executing the Mumbai attacks in November, 2008 that left 166 people dead.

Lakhvi was arrested in December 2008 and was indicted along with the other accused on November 25, 2009.

US, UK tell Pakistan to give India Lakhvi for ties to improve

Two countries have asked Pak to hand over Lakhvi to India: FIA

.
First let them close Guantanamo, Abu Ghraib, Bagram and all lots of other illegal detention centers and compensate all the innocents they have been detaining for years over there without any charge, then may be they can tell Pakistan who to handover and who not.

.
Ties won't improve until Kashmir matter handled. This guy goes... there'll be some other issue that'll be there. At this point you'd merely be trying to cure the symptoms rather than trying to cure the problem.

.
By the way who is Us and Uk to tell us that?

This is India's pipe dream. For what reason should Lakhvi be handed over? Just because India is a drama queen after Mumbai hoax? A terror charge with which India charges us and never let us participate in its probe!

This is way too complex than India has everyone believe.

Has he been sighted in pakistan physically ? Can Indian Intel share his photo in Pakistan as they so precisely know about his movement? NO. Here goes your proof.
Your country has issued him 2 different passports and the details of it were realeased by US treasury.

The US information also included the number of a Pakistani passport (G869537) said to be used by Dawood, and listed his residence as Karachi.

Also US treasury called listed him a global terrorist and listed his known addresses in Karachi.
U.S. DESIGNATES DAWOOD IBRAHIM AS TERRORIST SUPPORTER

It is reported that Chota Rajan gang made an attack at Kawish Crown Plaza in Karachi which is owned by none other than Dawood Ibrahim.

This is how he was described by BBC (BBC NEWS | South Asia | Profile: India's fugitive gangster )
In 2001, Pakistani journalist Ghulam Hasnain, researching an article on the gangster, wrote that Ibrahim's life read like a page from The Godfather, Mario Puzo's gangland classic.
"Ibrahim lives like a king," he wrote of his life in Pakistan shared by his wife, four daughters and son.

"Home is a palatial house spread over 6,000 square yards, boasting a pool, tennis courts, snooker room and a private hi-tech gym.

Now that proves beyond doubt where exactly Dawood Ibrahim resides, but yes he frequents Dubai too.

US, UK ask Pakistan to hand over Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi to India - The Economic Times

ISLAMABAD: The US and the UK have asked Pakistan to hand over Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, the mastermind of the 2008 Mumbai attack, to India to improve bilateral ties or to them for his "independent trial".

During 54-year-old Lakhvi's bail case the Islamabad High Court (IHC) today, the prosecution informed that the "two countries had demanded handing over of Lakhvi to India".

However, the prosecution lawyer did not name the countries in the court.

However, an Interior Ministry source told PTI that the US and the UK had asked the Nawaz government to hand over Lakhvi either to India in order to "improve ties" with the neighbouring country or to them for his "independent trial" as several nationals of different countries were killed in the the 2008 Mumbai attack.

The prosecution also requested the division bench of IHC headed by Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui to expedite the case.

On this, Saddiqui remarked, "Shift the case to the military court if the government is in such a hurry."

Is India also going to hand over Col. Prohit of the Indian Army that is wanted for the terrorist bombing of the Pakistani train Samjotha Express that killed 83 civilians and injured 200? This one way demand is unreasonable and has failed so far.

They are not asking Lakhvi to handover to them must be someone(third party) els whispering in their ear so they said it. India cant pressurize Pakistan enough no matter how bad our economy and how much firing going on on border. They have to involve international players even for this small issue.
Hate is spreading in congress private parties against Pakistan.. we sud tackle that. they cant get anything from Pakistan till India act soberly, lately they have been intoxicated by their economy boom.

If India keeps on making diplomatic moves it has been recently making, soon it will be India that will be butt hurt.

Well .You should also reject their aids ?
Can you do that ?:sarcastic:

Aid for what? Always cleaning and handling the mess they make? Afghan refugees, war on terror, fighting Russia or helping them in a clean exit from Afghanistan?. If you believe they are giving any money for free then you are a fool of first water. And by the way whatever they are giving it's peanuts compared to what we have been doing for them.
