The Islands are in the Indian Ocean this could prove to be a strategic outpost to them.

These are lame excuses actually this incident happened due to lack of guidance to foreign tourists about locations to visit by indian authorities and lack of security provision to tourist if indian authorities properly performed their duties and take care of tourist this killing can be easily prevented

Anyone going to Andaman is informed that the island is barred from entering. That missionary bribed some fishermen to take him their because legally no one will do it.

If you are specifically banned from doing something then you try to bribe some poor fisherman to help you do the same thing just to propagate your f***king religion then it is NOT the govt's responsibility to protect you.

To help you understand the analogy is that civilians are barred from sensitive military bases but if you illegally try to enter you will be shot

Not only that, he went their the previous night in a canoe and returned with non fatal arrow wounds. He took some medications, dressed up the wound and canoed back to the island the next day. This was his 5th visit to the islands, so this moron knew what he was doing and understood the risks.

Jarawa and Sentinelese people are different. Jarawa people live on the main Andaman Islands, Sentinelese are limited to the North Sentinel Island only.

A new law has been made under which filming of Jarawa tribes can land you in prison for 3 years minimum.

All these documentaries are either old or show footage that are old, as I said its prohibited by law. As far as implementation is concerned its a work in progress, but lets say its better than your part of the world.
