US to mediate between Pakistan and India over Kashmir issue

India is being like ... main na mano

LOL , world can easily whose on the wrong side and want to see people suffer ..

Kashmir is integral part of Pakistan and india cannot do anything ... Now if Pakistan says we have all the right to support freedom fighters, india is going to loose big time as every country can see who is not discussing the issue ...

It will be the biggest favour you do to India ..start your support to them openly with deadly weapons and logistic support :)

India Snubs US Administration's Offer To Mediate With Pakistan

Kashmir will naturally crop up, if you mediate between India and Pakistan. India will not agree for a mediation. Pakistan feels unless there is mediation talks with India are futile. There is no middle ground.

Nonetheless, USA has not mentioned Kashmir or CPEC. Pakistan may indeed bring it up, but that is not what USA has indicated.

She is US born American and the US passport holding citizen.
Foreigners can not be employed in the US Constitutional posts.

I think except from posts of US President and Supreme Court Judge, all other posts are available for naturalized US citizens.

Naturalized citizen also is an American citizen and not a foreigner.

Look at what I said:

Incorrect. Foreign-born but naturalized citizens can sit on the Supreme Court bench. The restriction is only for the Presidency.

Have any Justices been born in another country?
Six Justices were born outside the United States. They are:

  • James Wilson (1789-1798) born in Caskardy, Scotland
  • James Iredell (1790-1799) born in Lewes, England
  • William Paterson (1793-1806) born in County Antrim, Ireland
  • David J. Brewer (1889-1910) born in Smyrna, Turkey
  • George Sutherland (1922-1939) born in Buckinghamshire, England
  • Felix Frankfurter (1939-1962) born in Vienna, Austria

Actually, the only position that must be natural born citizen is president and VP.

Then do not complain when there are attacks by TTP(Pashtun freedom fighters) and courageous Baloch fighters on Pakistani soil
Well a couple things.

KPK/FATA and Balochistan are not disputed territories.

TTP is fighting for 'implementation of Shariah law' in Pakistan, not for secession or 'freedom'. They are not supported by the locals, in fact if someone was to yell out that they were a member of the TTP - almost anywhere in FATA or KPK, they would be lynched by the locals.

'Baloch' rebel groups are also not supported by the locals and would be lynched in public if identified. Baloch rebel groups are disowned outcasts and are being hunted down by their own tribes.

Neither of these two groups enjoy international support, except from India which has made statements about 'Freedom for Baloch'. Infact, TTP is not only being targeted by Pakistan - but by also the US and the coalition involved in Afghanistan while Baloch rebel groups are in conflict with Iran as well.

So, your comparisons are completely incompatible and irrational.

All Indian governments ever since power changed from British to Hindi-ans are unreasonable and quick to use military. It had military actions or all out war with 4 of its neighbours and had bad relations with all neighbours.

America should cut off all help to India.

"We of course expect the international community and organisations to enforce international mechanisms and mandates concerning terrorism emanating from Pakistan, which continues to be the single biggest threat to peace and stability in our region and beyond,"

yawn the world laughs at India when they keep repeating the same old bile they have been sprouting for decades. The rest of the world pays no attention to these india claims.

its funny because even the USA government laugh at these claims.

India has consistently ruled out third party mediation, including by the UN or the US. Pakistan, on the other hand, constantly raises the Kashmir issue at various UN fora and has said it is ready to take the help of interlocutors from the UN and from Washington to help resolve its disputes with India.

As long as the Simla Accord remains valid, no third party can get involved without the consent of both signatory parties.

The only people that take India seriously are Indians. This is embarrassing for India.
