US takes distance from ‘Balochistan resolution’ US takes distance from ‘Ba

The damage has been done, no amount of "distancing" from the issue can undo the harm it has done. The spirits of the terrorists have been revived and they now expect help from the international community in legitimizing their activities against the state. The Americans have their own reasons for "distancing" from the issue. I had advised the foreign office to declare one on one negotiations with the Afghan Taliban open and support their right to the Afghan seat in the UN and the right to form government in Afghanistan as damages against removing them from power by force in 2001. We would have taken plenty of fire but it would have drowned out the shrieks of joy given out by seperatist terrorists in support of the "cheap publicity stunt of a bill" by Bacher.

We had time when we could terminate these seperatists in country and outside the country. We did nothing and now fear of legitimizing of seperatists activities on our head. Why we are so late in decision making while we clearly judged future threat to national security? Political solutions are useful at first step or in some cases in last step but in more cases elasticity didn't exist when we are discussing national critical issues.

We ever start to think when problem at its saturation point.

Actually not...Think about it strategically...There was no such mention earlier and now this discussion has taken place...In short the probability of US taking it as official policy has increased, no??? b/w i believe this is a pressure tactics on Pakistan...

There's no talk on this. Some lunatic says something, but nobody takes it seriously. Just because the lunatic mentioned it the first time, it does not that suggest that what he mentions mean anything substantial, or it will transpire into anything.

These kinds of things happen very often. A few politicians make some noise but means nothing in the end because no one else gives a damn.
