Us takes control of Sahala college.Sahala college is a police training instition.An agreement was made between Us and Pak that Us will give trainning to Police there but situation got worse there when operational commander of Sahala college sends his report to IG Punjab that Americans has limited his access in training college even under training policemen are not being allowed to go there.operational commander vowed IG Punjab to raise this issue to interior ministry. Guyz its another sad news for us our security agencies have already raised their concerns that Americans have been using Sahala college as dumping ammunition.Guyz It should be notice that Sahala college is very near to Kahota KRL laboratory just 10 Km away but the question is where is our Army?????????

For ****'s Sake... There is no major conspiracy here, that facility is the Anti Terrorism Assistance program compound, it was established prior to the SARRC confrence in 2003 and has been running since.

It does not cover the entire Sihalla College, only a small part located within the Sihalla College facility, it is maintained by USDOS/DOJ and US BDS. How do i know this? Well because i did my ATS Course from there and taught there.

The college has taught the Anti Terrorist Squad, Crisis Response Team, Bomb Disposal and Post Blast Investigation Teams. This facility was built with US money, is run by US instructors and hence it is only fair that the US have control over the facility.

Beggars cant be choosers.

To quote DWAN News:

BTW, quick thinking on your part about the instructor thingy. You remembered the deception plan and executed immediately.

Firstly may i ask when and why you where there? Any official capacity?

Secondly, i did my basic ATS batch in 2004- then advanced protection course and crime scene management in 2005 and redcurrant visiting lecturer during 2006-2007 and also taught the Basic Life Support Module during 2008.

If our government fears for our nuclear arsenal so much why did they invite them in the first place, why do senior officers (who i cant name) rush to put their names down on Deputation visits to US LEA training courses (Courtesy of USDOS).

Why is it that we request direct input from US experts and then if they wish to improve physical security to protect their human resource and vital infrastructure, the same officers and bureaucrats start howling like a pack of wild wolves.

You will be in for a rude awakening... Pakistani Police are pioneering techniques in High Risk Barricade Suspect Entry and anti-terrorism ops. We need to do more on VIS but that is a developing sector as far as LEA is concerned. It will take some time.
