The Dow closed 2,997 points, or -12.9%, lower. It's only a small blip. There is another circuit breaker at -13%. This would b the "big firecracker". I highly doubt Dow will ever drop -13% in a single day this year. US wants to save the big firecracker to spite China in 2022 after the Winter Olympics. They don't wanna waste the unplayed card so will do everything to prevent Dow from reaching level 2 circuit breaker in 2020...

I also think this market situation is not going to persist for very long soon markets will bounce back. But can you please explain why is US waiting for 2022? I mean what's your theory behind thisHurray!!! The bottom is (almost) here. I'm too lazy to look it up, but the market should bottom around 5% below the 2017/2018 S&P500 market low, whatever that price is. Did it go to this level today? Too lazy to look up S&P500 chart (my investing style is individual stocks not some conglomerate ETF/broad market index)...
Anyways, this bottom will be short lived. US intends to crash the stock market hard after China hosts Winter Olympics in 2022. That coming crash will make this Covid19 one look like a small joke in comparison...

I'm a chartist. I trade stocks based on charts. Based on the market chart(s), I see no room for US stocks to go further up than the recent high in Feb 2020. Here's my own take on US market outlook in the near term (S&P500 daily chart from 2015-present):

Well its time for global realignment. Time to stop these parasites from feeding off the world. They are ahead technologically but industrially, they are behind. We need to move up the value chain and kill off their industries.China will be the first and fastest to recover. US will be the among the last and slowest to recover.

Just like the nth time predicting China will collapse. LolThis will be nth time the PDF finance 'experts' predicts the US economic 'collapse'.
US is targeting China in semiconductor and software. These two areas must get high priority. It’s a national security issue.
