I am not a physicist or mathematician, if my memory serve, there was a discussion a while back that any object flying at that speed cannot be detected by modern radars.

yup! israeli radars like Green pine can only detect upto mach 9 speed object. It is simply impossible to detect an object with so much speed at all. But still they can find out the launch through their satellites. However after launch only very very powerful lasers can shot it down but u need to track and detect it first!

Israel is not that open about the lost of pilot. First, it will be humiliation to both India and Israel AF morale.
But secondly, why would PAF keeps the pilot for so long if really a Israel pilot is caught. I would expect no more than a few weeks of captivity before returning.

All u fools who r still denying it......let me ask u guys simple questions;

A- Why hasnt Israel/US has straight away denied it when asked questions from reporters? their reply was ''No Comments'' and no reply at all from Israeli Embassy in US.....meaning in diplomatic language 'they neither conformed it nor denied it.'

B- THAAD Air Defence suddenly installed on early march ie 1 or 2 days after operation swift retort on 27 feb. when Pakistan had officially named Israel as being a culprit along with India for 26 feb strike in Jabba, Balakot so much so that UK's own newspaper 'Independent' had written a news story abt it and talked abt the extent of Israeli involvement in it? Which hasnt been challenged by Israeli government till now.

C- Why has Lt Gen Ghulam Mustafa who headed SPD has conformed that the identity of those pilots caught along with Abhinandan on 27 feb. flying M2k shot down by JF17s are 'plausibly' Israeli. It is important to mention that there were rumored sightings of atleast one F15 too, on that day by locals.

D- Although a clue of little value but never the less carries weight, was of that Israeli reserve Soldier Neftali's tweets on 26 feb. He posted the photos of those israeli pilots from Srinagar Airbase where he blurred the faces of those pilots of his country but didnt blurred the indian pilots on the same photo? all the while proudly 'boosting' the co-operation and ''friendship'' between the two countries.

E- Why was there sudden news of F16V Blk72/70 coming along with entire fleet being updated to that standard?
Turns out it was a Saudi funded project in exchange of these pilots which now seems dead, and now that there r rumors of Netanyahu coming to india again and Israel setting up an airbase in IOK?

F- Why is that there is pressure being exerted on Pakistan using our financial status to recognize Israel and stay away from coming Israeli wars with Hizbullah/Iran, given latest israeli strikes in Beirut and Hassan Nasrullah's speed last night?

I ask u all skeptical folks to answer these Questions in satisfactory manner!
