You maybe right. But if US bid sanctions on Pakistan - It cannot even get the USD from China (ofcourse Legally). Still if China donates unofficially physical USD to Pakistan - they cannot Transact internationaly as Pakistan Banks will be Banned for Transactions (similar to Iran and North Korea).
It does affect largely with pakistan as it will further goes for help from China and become Chinese Colony (it seems it does already)

Pakistan has agreed to trade with China in RMBs. That's a major turning point for Pakistani economy as they would no longer be subject to the extreme fluctuations caused by the actions and whims of Federal Reserve (FR). While this remains only on paper right now, Pakistani members must be much more clear about how their country intends to completely replace USD with RMB for international trade.

Considering that Saudi and UAE have also swapped to RMBs with China, this, in the long turn would benefit Pakistan.

There were 7 million refugees than and 3 million now per Pakistani estimate while on paper from unhcr 4.3 refugees sign documents and went back to Afghanistan ..so how am i inflating numbers

Second anyone living in Pakistan will know that afghans refugees had free business opturnities in Pakistan so successful refugees (at least 30-40%) who lived outside the camps use to live in homes ..not in the streets..3 stories building are common in Pakistan just like two stories are common in usa..please dont get your info from Hollywood. Infact most Afghan refugees would live in combined family homes with 2-3 stories ..my house in Pakistan is 3 stories so is every house in that area..as its mostly combined families ..

Its expected that an American will have no information what so ever about Pakistan culture and how people live but to braig about knowing everything is odd

You are certainly right at some point. But Pakistan's main income is remittances . It accounts for $ 18 billion per year. China will give RMB, but to sell its product and maybe to a certain level - 5 to 6 billion a year max. But Pakistan needs $ 40 Billion to import oils and other basic required materials. So, certainly it will effect highly.
