I think plans are in place to transfer Turkish F35's to Saudia

then the US should transfer Incirlik Air Base and Kurecik Radar Base ( AN/TPY-2 Radar ) to S Arabia from Turkey

and Turkey control Bosphorus , not S Arabia ( only gate way to the Black Sea for NATO/American Warships against Russia )

and Turkey saved NATO Countries from 3 millions of Syrian refugees ,,not S Arabia

and in NATO only Turkish Army fought against ISIS ,,not S Arabia

and Turkish Armed Forces was in Korean War , Cold War , Afghanistan , Bosnia , Kosovo , Lebanon , etc with The US ,,, not S Arabia
