US prepared to snatch Pakistan nukes

US would "SNATCH"? loool

Yess, and we would just give it to them. NATO have hard time facing some rag-tag Talibans? How would they "SNATCH" nukes from ISI and PA??

. .
What a load of crap! The only thing Americans are concerned about is their precious "our way of life" or "life as we know it". Pakistan needs to tune it's nuclear doctrine along that of Israels "Samson Option" and chill.

All the following calculation "assume" that there is imminent American threat to Pakistan's existence.

So the policy should be: Hit the Yanks where it hurts the most, we don't need to threaten or bring India in our strategic calculations, as India is not that would hurt them. For them India "could" be an acceptable collateral damage and a price of containment of Pakistan, or other words their "Prime concern".

Jokes aside, all we need to do is that the Americans understand in their "game theory," that the cost of misadventure in Pakistan would be absolutely "economically" unbearable for them:

A) Make sure that the Americans understand that all their slow and meticulous handy work of assassinations / threats / arm twisting to carve out a "friendly" and "subdued" middle-east setup will be disturbed, inadvertently affecting their status-quo with Israel (stir the pot)
B) "Cheap and subsidized" oil shipments to the good-ol' US of A will be affected by 30 - 50%. (oh mama.. expensive oil back home? A definite No-No // pre-election or post election)

1. Pickup thirty or so strategic targets in our geographical vicinity (All the precious A-rab's and their oil installations)
2. Ensure multiple delivery systems (Smuggle couple dozen to our loving A-Rab brethren. Why not? If we go to Allah, why not take these asswipes with us as well :) At-least the world will be a better place without them. )

Now, think........
Q) Do we need to go far beyond our own region to secure "Pakistani way of life"? (No electricity... trying to live within our means :) )
Q) which of our missiles and delivery systems cover the Arabian peninsula?

Problem solved?????

Samson Option - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Israeli Retaliation strategy

Some have written about the "Samson Option" as a retaliation strategy. In 2002, the Los Angeles Times published an opinion piece by Louisiana State University professor David Perlmutter which has been seen as justifying a Samson Option approach.[19] He wrote:

"Israel has been building nuclear weapons for 30 years. The Jews understand what passive and powerless acceptance of doom has meant for them in the past, and they have ensured against it. Masada was not an example to follow—it hurt the Romans not a whit, but Samson in Gaza? What would serve the Jew-hating world better in repayment for thousands of years of massacres but a Nuclear Winter. Or invite all those tut-tutting European statesmen and peace activists to join us in the ovens? For the first time in history, a people facing extermination while the world either cackles or looks away—unlike the Armenians, Tibetans, World War II European Jews or Rwandans—have the power to destroy the world. The ultimate justice?"[20]

In 2003, Martin van Creveld thought that the Al-Aqsa Intifada then in progress threatened Israel's existence.[21] Van Creveld was quoted in David Hirst's "The Gun and the Olive Branch" (2003) as saying:

"We possess several hundred atomic warheads and rockets and can launch them at targets in all directions, perhaps even at Rome. Most European capitals are targets for our air force. Let me quote General Moshe Dayan: 'Israel must be like a mad dog, too dangerous to bother.' I consider it all hopeless at this point. We shall have to try to prevent things from coming to that, if at all possible. Our armed forces, however, are not the thirtieth strongest in the world, but rather the second or third. We have the capability to take the world down with us. And I can assure you that that will happen before Israel goes under.[22]

Ron Rosenbaum writes in his 2012 book How the End Begins: The Road to a Nuclear World War III that in the "aftermath of a second Holocaust" Israel's surviving Dophin-class nuclear missile submarines would retaliate not only against Israel's attackers, but "bring down the pillars of the world (attack Moscow and European capitals for instance)" as well as the "holy places of Islam." He writes that "abandonment of proportionality is the essence" of the Samson Option.[23]

In 2012, in response to Gunter Grass's poem "Was gesagt werden muss" ("What Must Be Said") which criticized Israel's nuclear weapons program, Israeli poet and Holocaust survivor Itamar Yaoz-Kest published a poem entitled "The Right to Exist: a Poem-Letter to the German Author" which addresses Grass by name. It contains the line: "If you force us yet again to descend from the face of the Earth to the depths of the Earth – let the Earth roll toward the Nothingness." This is seen as referring to the Samson Option which is the strategy floated by Ariel Sharon and others of using Israel's nuclear weapons, possibly damaging the entire world, if Israel faces annihilation.[24]

Now just replace "Israel" with "Pakistan," and voila you have a brand spanking new doctrine which has been tested by the Alpha dogs already...

No need to measure who has the bigger ****. We need exactly the amount that would cause unacceptable damage to the their allies and lackeys. (kick them in the balls, so they can't stand back) :) do you get the drift?

Buddy, what I am really trying to profess is that there are no enemies in strategic calculations. It's all about delivering a message in no uncertain terms to the adversary the "cause and effect" of a certain calculation.

So, have a "asymmetric opaque nuclear doctrine," and then let them play all the games and simulate all the probability models. The answer will be simple! : Fu**, president you may loose the next election :D

Remember this story , there was an asura called bhasmasura who can destroy people on touch. He thought he was invincible because of the deadly weapon he had. Vishnu once danced before him in a women's form and made him touch his head.
This is what is to happen of pakistan. I remember reading about how us navy once showed pakistani generals how they could blind pakistans radars as a demonstration.

Don't fret buddy. Pakistan has a large-enough pool of people with grey-matter that can handle it's destiny. Chill out.

it took them 11 years to find 1 lil OBL.. mate, they are ot that good
Their is hell of a difference between finding a person (who lives in stone age) and assets of strategic importance.

Do some digging on how US gathered information about Russian and Chinese strategic assets. This is not an impossible development as some among us want to believe. I have mentioned some technologies that can be used for this purpose or already have been.

Really ? Who told you so ? AQ Khan was on media last night and he told a completely different story about the expenditure on nukes !
Nuclear assets (specially delivery systems) are expensive to maintain.

The more we build and improve, the more it will cost us annually.

The title is misleading. No one is snatching our nukes. It does not sounds like a feasible objective.

And please do not use Taliban analogy to support your argument. You are comparing banana and apple here.

.
Large enough pool is the key. It is enough to panic one to start. Now even if israel bombs you you will think it is india so no damage for them. All your radars look at us. Not behind. The open door through which us came in to snatch obl.

Why you go for large pool is to ensure reliability. That means more than one person is now capable of authorizing a retaliation. So you have multiple sets of retaliation teams. Or more people have their hands on nuke button than earlier when it was a small set.

Problem with your suggestion is;

1. US have lot of resources of its own to use, if the need arises.
2. If we strike Israel and US bases in Middle East, we will kill many Muslims in the process too.
3. The greatest luxury US has is that it is not geographically situated in Asia.
