I don't doubt the easy defeat but the occupation part is just fantasy.

In this case, occupation will be only for a short time. Pakistan is already engulfed in gang and ethnic wars between political parties and fractions. The occupier (India/US) may covertly aggravate the situation into a civil war which will eventually make way for balkanization, after which the occupational force will withdraw, leaving the smaller parts subservient to India.

The US will rule the air and inflict massive casualties but they will have to face significant losses on the ground, after all, in the end, it will be the man on the ground that actually has to move forward to capture territory.

- Shoot down the next drone strike
- Put pressure on the US to send as much aid to Pakistan as possible (after all who's going to provide for all the poor and needy?), and threaten to withdraw from WOT if they resist by reducing aid - that will keep them shut

The thing is you can't know for sure, if the protocols, and security infrastructure has worked for sure. This kind of attitude was also there before OBL raid happened but see what it got for you people.

Bro, this is a 'contingency plan'. Countries can have contingency plans. However, these plans are based on Worst Case Scenarios.

Also, no one is snatching our nukes. This is not a feasible task. However, neutralization is a realistic option.

We are new to this game. US has done lot of homework in this regard after WWII. Some people are unable to understand these developments and plans. This is why they reject everything that shatters their perceptions.

That's why intel matters. If they can successfully collect intel verifiable from several impeccable sources, then I don't see a problem, And, they do have a defence budget several times the GDP of Pakistan IIRC, and bribing shouldn't be that hard in Pakistan.

Pakistan is not Iraq or NK, it is a country with ever growing nuclear arsenal disbursed all over the country. CIA and Pentagon have repeatedly admitted they do not know the location of warheads. Hitting an arrow at one target in the dark is worth a risk but here they have to hit 100, possibly 200.
