But your regular forces who should have acted like any other regular army, did not act so but acted like a terrorist outfit when it came to mass rapes and killings.
I am sure you are not going to let the IDP to leave the camps until your army cleans up all the forensic evidance that might put you and your government to answer to the International Court.

hey mate, Most of IDPs has gone back to their homes, there are around 10,000 at this moment. They are free to go but they have chosen stay coz Haven't de-mine their areas or because of HSZs.
