Pakistan is thriving due to resilience of it's people. The ones at realms didn't leave any stone unturned to bring this country down. This country is shadowing mediocre countries not without obvious reasons. It was brought down to where it is today by none other than her "well wishers"

Make the terms harsh so US walks away.
Make the terms restrictive so the US cannot do anything we do not want it to do. We can always take it to the NA and let the parties debate it. You can well imagine what will happen if we do.
Get the most out of it for Pakistan before relenting. This would include all stopped Aid and CSF, FATF relief and WB relief amongst other things.
CPEC is here to stay and no amount of US Pressure will make Pakistan gove up on it
