No it's not about sticking it to Arabs. It's about standing for our own interests and what our Elders (Jinnah, Iqbal & others) taught us.Thing about Israel is that Arabs take Pakistan for granted.
If Arabs prefer India over Pakistan we too should open diplomatic relations with Israel.
Drone attacks on who and what?Probably finalization of US/NATO bases in Pakistan..
Drone attacks, Shamsi airbase..
Well it was a suggestion and something we could experiment with.
If you disagree with it fine.
Or give preference to China in everything.
Yes Pakistan First!
I have always said - the entrenchment of US aligned establishment within Pakistan is deeper than people think and this whole episode in some measure is a reaction to the Chinese leaning establishment. These two groups are in a struggle and it is playing itself out in the open. Senior leadership within the Pakistani Military Establishment is very carefully courted, trained, managed, aligned by the US. It is sad, that many in the establishment are holier than the pope, and the prism of their thinking is completely clouded and they are unable to see a world where they can balance alliances for the benefit of Pakistan foremost. In their view the benefit of the US is the benefit of Pakistan. They wear rose colored glasses and it has slowly killed Pakistan.Ruling class of Pakistan will never let that happen.
Yes but give preference to China to get their technologies, when the West would refuse to do so.I disagree with putting all of our eggs in one basket. No sane nation state should have such a policy. As I wrote China does not limit itself to equals (USA) but trades and tries to have cordial ties with all powers and countries of the world as long as it is in their interests.
Take a look at our geographical location. There is nothing that should prevent us from trying to benefit from China, USA and Russia at the same time whenever possible.
Anyway economics is everything. This is what is truly holding us back. A strong nation state is not only limited to a strong military and nukes.

We need healthy alliances with all power brokers, no exclusive alliances. Exclusive alliance for nations like ours are poison pills.
Yes but by doing an alliance with China we can get rid of dual nationality.Obviously but that is already the case by large. My point is don't commit the mistakes of the past where we put all of our eggs in the US/Western basket. Pragmatism and a "Pakistan first" mentality should prevail. Not possible with the current lot in power since they have all their eggs in the Western basket. From families living in the West with stolen Pakistani money, secret bank accounts, mansions etc.
Slave Master relationship, Pakistani's like been slaves.
By last election, 17M vote for and 20m vote against Imran Khan. Has that changed substantially since 2018/19?Yes and no
Pakistanis in general lack national unity and cohesiveness. It has more to do with our dysfunctional and staggered schooling system
If state decades ago took responsibility for quality primary education …90% of our current problems would not be there
Gongoing
