There are many documentaries available on YouTube which show the debauchery and corruption of the Indian backed Northern Alliance which has fueled support for the Taliban. Otherwise, it is laughable to suggest that Pakistan alone can defeat the USA when it has spent a more than 900 Billion Dollars and has fought alongside the ruling faction. The Taliban control more than 40% of Afghanistan right under the nose of America and India's Northern Alliance. India is fooling nobody when attacks by Afghanistan based JuA occur in Pakistan, and neither will it succeed with giving Asylum to the Baloch terrorists. It looks like America is reaping what sowed and soon India will follow in its path.

Hamid Karzai, and Ashraf Ghani after him, have both always been known as Mayors of Kabul. America attacked with a large force of commandos and used indiscriminate bombings against the Taliban, who in turn retreated from Kabul because they were always a guerrilla force. As the Northern Alliance indulged in corruption and debauchery, they rose again like they did the first time in 1996.

At first it was 100 commandos, and now you have doubled it to 100-200 commandos? where did you get this number? it looks like another one of those "indian" stories. the only number i could find was wikipedia where it said that at least 1000 American special forces, bucket loads of cash, all of the opposition combined and the complete american airforce was used to remove the govt of the taliban. I don't consider Wiki as a reliable source, and no other article gave confirmed numbers other than saying that large commando forces were involved, so that is why I didn't quote them. But you are welcome to back up your claims if you can.

In any case, of course the taliban will run again. if the indian army can run from the chinese in 1962, then why shouldn't the taliban run from the americans in 2001? but the funny thing is that, even with the americans present and no one shoving the indian northern alliance govt, they are still running at a faster rate than the taliban ever did. it isn't a question of who runs, but what has been proven in the last 16 years is that what really matters is who can keep up the fight and return in spite of having a fraction of the resources that the puppet regime has.
