Anyways I don't understand why Kuwait needs jets... XD 32 f18 is more than enough to protect the whole of Kuwait and its sea.

I doubt the Americans really want to lose potential Arab customers to the likes of China, Russia and (potentially) other countries, such as Britain, France, India, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, Indonesia, and Turkey. The Americans are smart enough to know that there are many good alternatives out there. Sooner or later, they will sell the F-35s to countries like the UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc. If not, then the Saudis, Emiratis and other Gulf Arabs can easily approach other countries to buy advanced fighter jets. America no longer holds a monopoly in the global arms/defense industry. That era is over. Besides, let's not forget that this wasn't the first time Israel objected to the sale of American fighter jets to the Arab states. The Israelis made similar objections when the F-15 and F-16 fighter jets first came out. The Americans rarely ever keep their promises lol.

They'll sell it to Arabs in 10/15 years from now (with restrictions!!!), like the F-15s, F-16s and AWACS.. That is not good enough..
Some Arabs should invest in Chinese,Turkish and even Russian stealth.. Chinese will be best , since no European countries nor US or Usrael will know about its technologies, just that will translate to some kind of deterrence. While the chinese technologies are becoming more advanced, sometimes better _like in the case of Long range air defence systems_ than Russian and Western weapon systems..
If the J-31 can reach an RCS of 0.1 m2 or less, than it will be more than worth it..

J-31 has automatically found a market it means. Its upto the Chinese to capitalise on this opportunity, try to find investors in Arab nations for J-31 project.

Sooner or later, many nations will induct 5th gen(and later 6th gen) aircraft, if not in coming years then maybe after 2 decades. China should pitch J-31 in the same as F-16 was pitched in 1970's to many nations. China should form a continuous upgrade process which can support J-31 for next 50 years after induction. The final version being an un-manned J-31.
