With the increased number of sites ................... the risk of proliferation, disaster, security would increase? In addition to that Punjab and Sindh are these provinces suitable for storage sites? Would it be worth the cost and risk involved? That's ideal solution but not easy to implement for Pakistan. Being an ideological state, it has to fight constantly to protect its ideology and thus integrity from forces hostile to their ideology

Hollywood sometimes in its insults does us favors----. It knows that there is a plan to strike at the storage facilities---and it knows that there are a certain number of facilities---because the U S know where all our equipment is---.

So---that is why I had suggested that pak needs to build up more equipment---and as they do so---they need to build up more site---if the number of sites increase from 13 to 35---then the chance of failure is very high---for a strike operation.

Right now with 13 sites---30 specialists attacking each site---is roughly going to need 450 specialists----and that is manageable.

But if you have 30-35 sites---then as the number of sites increase---the rate of failure gets higher.

Agreed. There was another show which depicted a nuclear strike on Pakistan. Thing is US is paving the way for another war because that is what fuels its economy, War, we on the other hand are sitting idle doing nothing as if nothing will ever happen. I am surprised at people who makes our strategic calculus that they dont consider US a threat even when US and not India threaten to bomb us back to stone age.
Sir do you remember the incident with China in 96( though i am not sure about the year) when Clinton was the President of the US, Taiwan was about to declare independence and China was about to attack and than came the US sending its aircraft carrier. China wasn't as advance military back than as it is now and the only thing that kept from Taiwan declaring its independence and US supporting this effort was China's threat to reply with nuke in case US attacks. US backed down and so did her buddies in Taiwan. The point i am trying to make here is that unless US knows that it can receive a severe backlash, it does not back down. Look at the history of US, the only country to use nukes on a non nuclear nation, only country that attacks small countries like Vietnam, or countries like Iraq and Afghanistan because she knows no matter what the homeland is safe. None of the countries can respond back.
Thing is no matter how little the chance there is but Pakistan needs an ICBM as an assurance policy.
