Why China has to fight a country on the other side of the planet?

I know you have no clue about how wars are fought but I'm trying to show you there is a big logistics difference between fighting a war 7,500 miles from your country than one literally on your border. They don't even need to worry about refueling. They have zero excuse for doing poorly.

All US wars within the last 120 years have been with countries not near our borders. Meanwhile it is rare for any country in the World to do well in any war far from their borders in modern times. Maybe only Britain in the Falklands.
