Vietnam has a backward military industry because the money is poured into education, healthcare, infrastructure. If we pour money into missile development we would have nukes today.

Its not backward, its just suitable wt our military doctrine. We can request to buy even nuclear sub from Russian, but its just not the right time to buy.

It HURTS ME to see how weak the US military is in MAKING advantageous change in the world for Americans. THis military is the strongest on paper but wtf can it achieve in the real world? CHina is about to have more money than US and this military hasnt done crap. Iran is still going about its ME agenda, and US military hasnt dented it.
