This is the hiprocracy of Kerry‑Lugar legislation bill, how can you build a economic situation in a area where you do not control. There is no gov't or army presences in these area. How will you implement it, if you do not have a basic foundation. And this applies to pakistanie as well as afganistan area that is mentioned in the bill.

according to IG FC situation in 5 out of 7 FATA agencies in now under control. u have seen pics of bajur operation. operation has been completed in bajur but villages have been destroyed. this money will not only go towards building those villages but also generating economic activity for ppl residin in those agencies. now is the rit time to create jobs for these ppl or else they ll go back to talibans.

^^ I don't understand why my previous reaction got removed. I'm not being hostile or generalizing, but just stating the dire reality. I'm just saying the exact same thing as Haqqani. The main difference is that I also mention the Indian factor which many of us aren't willing to acknowledge. Why is it that we aren't willing to face the reality regarding Indian interference? India is being counter-productive and always questioning Pakistan's role in the WoT. Not very helpful if you ask me.
