Pakistan can buy new F-16s or used ones, but none will be equipped with AESA. Existing Block 52s standards will have to do.

However, the key point everyone is missing is that our roads were used meaning there was actual cost of maintaining those roads which were paid for Pakistan.

We forgone transit fee for using our roads, ports and air space.

This CSF is reimbursement of those costs to us. They are not doing us any favour by releasing this.
