cold war situation doesn't work here bro,cold war followed second world war where murikkans had help regarding their nukes and war didn't affect them like others because of isolated border so their industrial bases were untouched.now "sole superpower" is far cry,NoKo will not target entire US,they are not that fool,they have proven it time to time.
