Living in an apartment while making more money than average is how it is in every major city. Anyone can buy a farm in bumfuck nowhere while making sustinence money.

Thats why I always think u r not smart guy.

There r many problems when living in an apartment, u have to share the lift wt some guys u dislike. When the build is on fire and if u live in 5th floor and above, 90% u will be burned to dead.

Not mentioning if 1 guys got covid in ur building, then the whole building will be lockdown.

as for COVID, you tend to be able to spend money for things like your own car, gloves and masks when you have money. what good is living in some rural bumfuck town with no money if you get COVID due to having no car and then can't afford hospital?

CN make money just by begging US-EU for exporting products there. U can build whatever u want, but when US-EU stop using made in CN products, then CN is nothing better than Lybia.

Most of ppl cant afford to buy house in Ha Noi just from 10 years ago. If u earn 500 usd per month 15-20 years ago, then u still can buy house in Ha noi, HCM cities .Ppl now cant buy house in HN,HCM, but they can go to another cities and buy house, there r many jobs in another VN cities, too.

while 20 years ago, Guys like u already couldn't buy house in Shanghai and its too hard to find job in CN tier 2 and 3 cities now. Hundred millions r jobless now .

You can believe what you want, but exports is not the dominant part of the Chinese economy. Its actually domestic consumption. We don't have to beg to sell to the West, they come here due to the supply chain, infrastructure and market, its no more about cost. Vietnam is the one begging for lower end jobs not us. By being a US puppy, Vietnam can get to make plastic toys while your kids play with mud. Lol

I suggest you visit China one day to know the truth, exports is only around 20% of the economy my friend and I already told you there will be short term pain around the world including China, where 15% around 200 mil will be unemployed. Vietnam is lucky the virus did not spread but it could also be under testing. Lets see how it goes, India was pretty confident until 2 weeks ago. Lol

There are new growths areas in AI, 5G and biotech. Just like how HSR revolutionise travel in China, you wil see manufacturing getting more advanced. For 3 to 5 years the world will be getting more dependent on China followed by diversifation. Relocation of supply chain takes years my friend. You think you just close shop and move? Low end assembly can move easily to Vietnam, components? Design? Vietnam is just used to bypass tarriffs by Chinese companies and also to exploit the cheap ppl. We are the only major economy which recovered now.

Labour is damn cheap in Vietnam, its cheaper to use humans than machines there. Luxshare is the biggest competitor to FOXCONN and is veery competitive. I heard Terry Gou is a secret cpc member, lol.

Why do hire people if 1 single machine can me as much cables in a day as all 1000 people combined?
