If anything else, Russia should be blamed for it. Because, knowing full well US will be using ceasefire to regroup terrorist and attack, russia was too eager to make deal with US. By doing this US is accomplishing 2 things:

1) preparing Nusra and IS for attack
2) creating distrust among Russia, Syria, Iran. Underline message Russia relaying is that Russia can not be trusted.

No. I think it's a win-win for Russia. If by this account (that tired and fatigued U.S. pilots and drone operators are the reason)(yeah, right!) :

U.S. officials gave the Russian military a heads up before the strike, according to a statement released by U.S. Central Command, which oversees America’s military operations in the Middle East. Russian officials, at first, raised no objections.
“Coalition forces believed they were striking a Da’esh fighting position that they had been tracking for a significant amount of time before the strike,” U.S. Central Command officials said in a statement.
But within minutes of the attack, the Russians contacted their American counterparts to warn the planes off. However, it was already too late. The aircraft had already killed dozens of Syrian soldiers with little cover in the desert.

Russians knew beforehand and actually helped U.S. Now the balls rolling on Uncle Sam's court. A strategy to shoot down further ceasefire attempts maybe after this one expires or broken? But the only ones happy atn are the Russians me thinks.

It is in the American interests to prolong this conflict for as long as it matters to them. You guys don't understand how American Arms Industry works.

No side is making gains on the ground. Because Americans are ensuring it.

These negotiations are just to buy more time. Russians are being played and trolled.

As for Syrian regime; Americans are not interested in overthrowing it because there is no viable alternative.
