US issues ‘national interest’ certification for fighter jets sale (F16 deal done)

You don't call out Shiites and [MODS consider this word derogatory to Shiites but have no problems with words derogatory to Sunnis especially to Pashtun religious beliefs] chachas on PDF like this. You will get temporary banned cuz some moderators simply can't handle the truth and gets easily butt-hurt. 90% of Pakistanis i met, who are working for western Intel agencies in any capacity for Af-Pak theater are Shia's; Cuz, they are doing religious duty by help killing hardcore Sunni. Just like Ayatollah sanctioned Iran's covert help to US in gathering human Intelligence (HUMINT) and target accusations before Iraq war despite all the hatred for the US. Apparently, their hatred for Sunnis exceeded that for Americans.

Yes, we're not allowed to use such a word to describe some people. Despite the fact that according to the Shia Iranian author Ahmad Kasravi it was first used by Imam Zayd ibn Ali (A.S) the pious and brave grandson of Huseyn (A.S) who used it to describe those who betrayed and left him to fight alone after he accepted the legitimacy of the Imamate of Abu Bakr (A.S), Umar (A.S), and Uthman (A.S).

Yes, it's perfectly acceptable to insult the religious beliefs of Pashtuns without whom Islam in Industan wouldn't exist having long since gone to the grave at the hands of the Marathas, and 1/3 of Kashmir wouldn't exist, and most likely all the brave non-Pashtuns would now be speaking Russian and eating boiled cabbage but that's no big deal to the 'pakka Pakistanis'

The only good news is that the old scholars who still support this sectarian gang ruling Pakistan are now nearly dead. Once they disappear, the younger generation are going to show these chachas what we think of their insults. They'd better learn to brush up on their Hindi because we sure as heck won't be helping a group of people attacking our beliefs!

Actually, Pushtuns were converted by Tamir (Tamerlane), if I am not wrong, and Hindus were converted by his great grand-sons. The Mughals.

You're wrong. Afghanistan was part of the Caliphate long before that date. Muhammad 'Ghauri' was the grandson of Muhammad Ibn Suri who was of the Suri Pashtun tribe. Muhammad ibn Suri - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Arabs were familiar with the 'Abdaali' tribe who were known as 'Avtaal' and by the Romans and Greeks as 'Epthali'. A few Pashtuns converted fairly early such as Abu Muslim Al-Khorsaani, and the entire population by the time of Muhammed Ghauri.

The Mongols were late arrivals to India and Islam. They overthrew the Pashtun Lodi dynasty, were overthrown in turn by Sher Shah Suri of the Suri Pashtun tribe, overthrew the Suri dynasty, were saved by the Abdaali Pashtun empire from the Marathas, and finally overthrown by the British Raj.

I wasn't sure about conversion of Pushtuns, but Tamir was Turk-o-mongol not mongol who conquered almost all the known eastern Muslim lands, kick out crusaders, created towers of Hindu skulls in India, even conquered some part of china . His grand son and Mughal first king babur defeated Ibrahim lodhi at pani pat. Sher Shah Suri was one of the soldier in Mughal's army who became general, but he created mutiny and took over Bangal, where he was put incharge. When emperor Humaynu was elsewhere on an expedition Suri took over Dehli. Later Suri son was defeated and Mughal empire was consolidated until the slow fall of Mughals and british arrival.

Mostly correct. Taimur was almost certainly a Turk but not a Mongol. He just claimed that to make it seem he was allied with a more powerful state.

He made mounds of the skulls of Hindus AND Muslims. He also had a rather mercurial temperament, kind one moment and completely irrationally brutal the next.

Babur defeated Lodhi at Panipat after the majority of the Pashtuns abandoned Lodi because they were angry with him for trying to turn himself into a 'Shah-en-Shah' in the Iranian fashion complete with prostration etc.

Yes, Sher Shah Suri (Farid Khan) did do that. He's also one of the few Indian rulers who were also admired by non-Muslims such as Sikhs who described him as 'model of a man'.

The empire was in decline and was saved for a short period by the Abdali Pashtuns who terrified the British as being one of the few empires able to wipe them out, but in the end the Abdalis were not interested in ruling India as according to Ahmad Shah Abdali he never forgave the Industani Muslims for not doing their own fighting, leading to tens of thousands of Pashtuns being killed in wars with the Marathas.
