US provides India jobs and investment while China opposes India's NSG & UNSC memberships.

What can China provide to India? Nothing. In fact Sino-India bilateral trade is in China's favor.

The USA herself is on dole. The dollar demand and supply are in the hands of the Family. Last time JFK wanted to change that, but left the scene with his life!!! I don't understand this article and link to dollars and what it really means for India. I however can see Indian Armed forces have asked for ~425 billion in next 5 years to buy stiff. Aruṇ Jaitely assured that the money will be made available.

The heading here is very misleading but so is the heading in the article. This is the whole defence budget of the US in which cooperation with India is included. BUT it has yet to be passed by the US Congress and signed into law by Trump.
In short, it is just a cheap media gimmick trying to portray Modi's success in his visit to the US.
