2. India has been the most powerful - this time with China - voice in changing the environmental negotiations. All the countries - including Pakistan - were twisted to support the developed countries agenda.
Changing environmental regulations = blaming developed nations for climate change and asking for more money from them, on the account that pollution affected climate change and you are responsible if natural disasters hit us
"The funding issue is the biggest concern for developing countries. It is pivotal for developing countries to implement their proposed targets for emission-cutting action and for multilateral technological transfer," state-run Xinhua news agency quoted him as saying.

And then you have the champions of the undeveloped ie China and India, running for advice on how to tackle pollution but you shot down the very regulations to prevent it. And to top that off, you want western money to implement whatever useless regulations you did agree on.
