The Intelligence Oversight and Surveillance Reform Act - introduced by U.S. Senators Ron Wyden (D-Ore.), Mark Udall (D-Colo.), Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), and Rand Paul (R-Ky) - will preserve constitutional liberties while maintaining the government’s ability to protect national security.
