The US created HAARP, which causes ionospheric heating with EM waves. What we also know, however, is that it could also create a maser effect in the upper atmosphere through the astrophysical maser effect, which doesn't require an optical cavity.

Masers could be used to arbitrarily heat an area of atmosphere, as water's molecular rotations readily absorb microwave energy and thus gain kinetic energy and temperature.

Reducing the temperature gradient between land and ocean weakens a crucial contributor to Indian Ocean monsoons.

This could be used as a weapon against the "overpopulation problem" as viewed by some neocons (the growth of non-white populations, and the reduction of white ones). If the monsoons fail, hundreds of millions in Africa and India face starvation and drought.

That is not a fair and unbiased way to look at it. The US and the West has publically stated that the problems of the day are caused by "overpopulation". This is as they are giving rewards to Americans and white Westerners for reproducting. The logical conclusion is, they mean "there are too many non-whites".

They also know a crucial weakness in the agricultural systems of the non-white world: dependence on seasonal monsoons instead of fossil water. They also have HAARP, which can be used to heat the atmosphere and manipulate the monsoon.

Put the facts together and it turns out to be a truly terrifying picture.

The astrophysical maser is a known effect. The heating of water by microwave radiation is a known effect. The dependence of the monsoon on high land-sea temperature gradients is a known fact.

The US has also declared a "war" on the overpopulation problem, even as they are encouraging white people to reproduce. How terrifying is this?

do not underestimate their ruthlessness. AIDS is a threat to global health, to be sure, but it has overwhelmingly affected blacks, even black societies that are monogamous.

i'd like to make a disclaimer though: i am not sure whether a sustained astrophysical maser in the upper atmosphere can be caused by ground based towers using any reasonable amount of energy. i have written this article assuming it could be. i am not an expert in electromagnetism or optics.
