The whole structure of UN is archaic and dysfunctional, how can the world's most bloodthirsty warmonger like US that has killed millions around the world as the Chinese accurately described yesterday, host the UN?

The UN need to be restructured and relocated to a neutral Eurasian nation. The UN is US is like putting Dracula in-charge of the blood bank.
