It is literally human nature to look out for your own interests. Your country norway wouldn't have become so rich if people didn't think of their own needs first. That's not true. People here (like everywhere) hate paying taxes, but they are forced to pay ignoring protests by the government. Tax to GDP ratio in Norway is 56 percent vs Pakistan's 11 percent. And yet Pakistanis hate the government whenever new taxes are imposed as they find new ways to avoid paying direct taxes.

There is no law enforcement in Pakistan. So that's why.

There's another thread where they are arguing about why pakistan was created. It was created by the elite for the elite. They have created a system where there is no pesky law enforcement to stop them from doing whatever they like. As a result the govt. is powerless to make people pay taxes even if it wanted to.
