India want US and the world take you seriously, stay away from child play or your jungle law. Make sure a serious criminal commit crime in your country and bring them to justice. Misusing privilege? How would someone misusing privilege? probable India government consider toilets in the US embassy and consulate are the form of privileges, shouldn't allow any Indian to use the toilets or be charge with misusing the privilege by a US diplomat.

Who cares what you say.
Just be reminded once this child's play started by USA is over, the rednecks will know that their days are over, there is new sun rising in in Asia and they cannot get away all felonies they have done.

There will be only one difference that unlike it happens in land captured by deported criminals and out laws, we'll still be more civil in treat.treating those criminals form USA.

.
why the fu(k you care ?, law is law if you are in India follow the law or get yo *** kicked, it's 4th time i'm trying to explain you dude.

Childish retaliation at best. Should charge the US diplomat for some serious crime, like rape maybe?

.
US government know India want to blackmail the US. Better take ante up and raise the bet, entrap US diplomat into commit murder or some kind of serious offense. Misusing privilege don't fly in court of law.

according to you
arresting some one for not paying taxes is Jungle law for you.(off course arrest is not still done)
and peaking into diplomats pu$$y is procedure according to you?

.
Misusing privilege, stfu with this jungle law. We all know there isn't a misusing privilege law in India, India court just come up with this law after US government refuse to back off.

This isn't the first time US embassy provide airfare to the immigrant to come to the US. Millions of people in the past were received the airfare from the US government to come to the US.

US diplomat didn't commit any crime, all the India government want to find some B.S charge to bind the US government to let a criminal from India free.

Indian diplomat Devyani Khobragade case: Screenshot shows US officials misread info - Financial Express
A screenshot of the visa application submitted for Indian diplomat Devyani Khobragade's maid Sangeeta Richard indicates US authorities apparently misinterpreted information regarding the wage to be paid to the domestic help.
The US State Department investigator from the Bureau of Diplomatic Security seemingly erred by considering Devyani Khobragade's salary of USD 4,500 as that of her maid Sangeeta Richard.
That this discrepancy led to the arrest of Devyani Khobragade on charges of visa fraud in New York on December 12, is evident from the page one of the temporary work visa application and the complaint filed by Bureau of Diplomatic Security, sources said.
The relevant page of the visa application form (DS-160) clearly mentions that the employer's salary is USD 4,500 and not that of the maid, according to an authentic screenshot provided by sources.
The last question on the page is regarding the monthly salary of the employer and the screenshot shows the answer was given as USD 4,500.
Based on the same information, however, the 11-page complaint filed by the agent of the Bureau of Diplomatic Security alleges that Devyani Khobragade promised to pay USD 4,500 to her maid.
The Visa Application stated that Witness-1 was to be paid USD 4,500 per month in US dollars," alleged Mark J Smith, Special Agent of the Bureau of Diplomatic Security.
It is this complaint which became the basis for the arrest warrant issued for Devyani Khobragade by a court in New York. A press release issued by the Southern District of New York too made the same claim. "The Visa Application stated that Witness-1 was to be paid USD 4,500 per month," it said. There was no immediate reaction from the State Department on the issue.
