Indian Armed Forces dont produce weapons they are users. so they dont need blueprints. Case looks like Outsourcing honorably gone wrong

You were missing my point. This is a defense contractor from the US illegally transferring classified blue prints to the Indian military. Obviously no one in their stupid mind would do something like this if no one wanted it.

Indian military wanted the blue print and paid the US contractor for it. The article does not mention "India military" was involved but it's obvious they were.

This is not the first time , Indians , like the Israeli have been caught stealing technology from the americans ( who stole it from the Germans )
