There still have no logical reason to explain why China and Cuba for doing it. What could China gain to cause brain injuries to those poor workers? Why so far only US consulates have this problem, not from other countries? It seems like there are two more explainable reasons, as are provided by members here, the first is mass hysteria and second is their own device caused the problem.
