USA sent the letter it is real but now they are calling it a mistake. This means USA is preparing to withdraw but don't want it to public cause it is very difficult to secure the withdrawal.

It sounds US central government has lost control of the military. They don't even know they are moving in or moving out of Iraq with conflicting report. Second civil war coming for America.

If I am Iranian war planner, I will plan to go after Israel. Reasons as follows:
  1. NATO will not come to help Israel.
  2. Even US is more likely to help Israel from an arms length.
  3. Iran will become the magnet of all the fighters of the muslim world.
  4. It is possible to subdue Israel, given its small geographical entity.
  5. It is possible to attack Israel from a close range - with Hizbullah and Hamas and Syria.
  6. Russia is likely to back Iran.
  7. In the current heat, it is possible to legitimise attack on Iran.
  8. There is significant anti-Israel sentiment in the social fabric of EU and USA.

On the basis of analysis one can not predict Events but can predict the Course of History .... my understanding of the course of history which I posted in 2015 is posted below

But to understand it, it is better if people first read theory of Pivot of History and try to understand its concept of Heartland and Inner Marginal Crescent, not just in its classic sense but in the context of second half of 20th century [after WWII] and first half of this 21st century .....

- Now connect the developments of both regions so that you can conclude their POLITICAL & ECONOMIC impact on Global scale ... (read the map from far east to Baltic Sea region)

Now the future course of history as I understand and would state in most simple words is that

The Social, Political and Economic destiny of Heartland and Inner Marginal Crescent is interconnected and these regions IF Politically and Economically ALIGNED AND INTEGRATED together could be independent and self-sustain in every sense posibile in these domains without any dependence of outer rim region.

Therefore the relevance of Outer Rim and dominating power from outer rim will diminish in political sense IF Heartland and Inner Rim remain Politically stable; political stability of heartland and Inner Rim would also affect economic stability in these regions positively.

Here we need to understand that Heartland is relatively stable and dominated by Russia but Russia is not an economic power during the current times, In Eastern region of Inner crescent China is emerging as balancing/stabilizing power and also is an Economic Giant or could be term as Emerging Economic Giant.

But Southern region [Subcontinent + Myanmar] and West Asian Region [Read: Greater Middle East] of Inner Rim are destabilize so political course in these sub-regions of Inner Rim would actually decide Future Course of History of Heartland and of the world

At this stage here you can observe how the Southern region of Inner Rim get interconnected with West Asian Region of Inner Rim

Now without going into further complexities I would say in Inner Marginal Crescent / Inner Rim
- The role of India and Pakistan in Southern Region is important, and China would cast Political and Economical influence in this region role of Russia in this subregion would diminish.

- In Western Region role of Turkey and Israel is important and Western Europe and Russia would influence the political future of this region additionally role of USA would gradually diminish in this region.

If you note We are seeing this happening in these regions

But the Biggest question of the STABILITY of these regions remain unanswered, for this history teach us:

When the regions remain destabilize for indefinite period of time due to clash of interests of different powers and all peaceful means to resolve and settle the disputes b/w them exhaust, war breaks out and VICTORIOUS of that war rearrange the region as per their interests

Therefore I see 2 wars in these subregions of Inner Marginal Crescent and I see emergence of 2 Greater powers / Super States in respective subregions which either Unit or Dominate these Subregions, If those states would be aligned with Dominating Powers of Heartland and with the Easter Region of Inner Crescent only then Stability in all of these regions would come and the whole Inner crescent and Heartland would get integrated as stable region otherwise relative instability would prevail for next cycle as well

@somsak I remember you asked me to explain that post of mine at that time [2015] but it was premature at that time, now things are clear for others to understand; though I know still many will refuse to accept it and would term it as "Wishful Telltale" for them I would like to say wait for coming decade to end ....
