well good luck to india if USA in future impose ban to all defence equipment to india well indian defence will be on mercy to enemy

Forget about the future, on the contrrary , currently your country's air force's most formidable aircraft (F-16) is the on the mercy of the Americans ....

India is still to buy any offensive defence equipment from US as of now ( except the Apaches ) and majority of our systems are still of Russian-origin.

Not really. Not to different than adding a new a/c system to the Indian military. And anyway if E-2D was to be procured it would be bought and operated by IN so not any real issue/burden.

We can get better AEW systems for IAF , for IN , E2D is the best available option .

The best available system is possibly the G550 Phalcon, but it could be used only from shore bases, E-2Ds could be used from CATOBAR carriers as well, anothe option is the EMB DRDO AWACS of course, maximum commonality to IAF in systems and training, not to mention that it is the only one offered for INs MRMR as well. At the end it depends on what IN wants:

Best AWACS => G550 Phalcon
Dual use between shore bases and carriers => E-2D
Maximum commonality, customisation and lowest costs => EMB DRDO AWACS
