US Chip Sanctions ‘Kneecap’ China’s Tech Industry

There’s only a handful of important players in the semiconductor industry and the US controls all of them due to the significant amount of US technology in the semiconductor chain.

It’s the US who controls the semiconductor industry. China can only dream of it.

These restrictions are a huge blow for China. There’s no two ways about it.

And there's more to come before the end of the year.

China already have their own operating system for their PC and phones. Their cellphone Hamony OS is even multi-platform .

If you didn't know this I do not blame you.

Kylin operating system are used in all China's space control. Used to launch control and recovers all China's manned space program.

If it is good enough to do that, its good enough for anybody.

If India is the superpower in software why did it buy an Israeli spyware?

I never used Lenovo or Xiaomi in a major way.
In my house:

1. Huawei WiFi 6 router
2. Huawei Matebook
3. Huawei P30 Pro
4. Xiaomi USB LED light (clone/counterfeit)
5. Lenovo desktop PC monitor
6. Lenovo desktop USB soundbar

I was gonna replace the Lenovo PC monitor with Mateview SE anyways when I can get my hands on one.

Huawei should be pretty safe from Lenovo/Xiaomi eating market share. They don't have that hype called innovation stuck to their brand!
