Incorrect. She is a Pakistani citizen, and that is why Pakistan has consular access to her in US jail. There is nothing complicated about her case. She will die in US custody.

She is a US citizen, that’s why she was tried in federal court and is incarcerated in federal prison. She never renounced her Pakistani citizenship that’s why Pakistani consulate has access to her.

I don’t think there’s any truth to this. Marines Ch-53 is larger than chinook, and Russians are known to build even larger helicopters. Which can be bought by Pakistan. Pakistan most probably ask for these helicopters for free or under collision support fund like F-16s. Otherwise Chinook aren’t any special piece of gear.
Only other reason, I think of is possible Chinese access issue.
