Fact is you might not care but world around governments are calling your govt thieves...
Fact is today we know that simple difference between spying, data mining by governments vs stealing technology for their private companies as such known as thievery- is too complicated for the chinese to 'get'
fact is companies worldwide who have worked at inventing, innovating and their employees care about loss of revenue and jobs because of Chinese govt active thievery
All over the developed world there is no IF- they all have said your govt does this criminal thievery of intellectual property.
The fact remains, America hacked, surveilled and stolen data from other countries and businesses.
A criminal reporting on another criminal does not make him any less of a criminal. It does not take much IQ to understand this.
Hence, it did not change the global perspectives from thinking that the US is a hypocrite, which they clearly are.
If your government cared about job losses and loss of profits so much, then they should invest more time and resources on its own security, revise its monetary policies and less on hacking, playing the victim card and selling stories. No one is naive enough to wholeheartedly trust America on this issue and will just take their advice and rhetorics with a pinch of salt.
You need to learn to accept difference in views and opinions. Learn to read between the lines. What they tell you are usually not the whole story, there are always things in between which they either forget to mention or are cases of intentional omissions. Unless of course, you are not here to exchange opinions.
Your government are specialized in the art of perception management. They don't want to deal with facts and much rather be dealing with impressions. But this time, they fell face planted to the ground and failed, miserably, to change the global perspectives this time around. The only ones they have managed to fool are ones like you.
No one else outside of America paid much attention to this story, they know what kind of creature America is.
America's story on how a hacker got themselves hacked was quickly replaced by news on China and Russia's gas deal.
Last but not least you can name call Chinese whatever you want, frankly I don't give a penny what you call me, it just goes to show when you cannot engage in a debate, you resort to name calling. That is the impression it leaves.
