What's new

US backs India-Iran Chabahar port deal as it outflanks China-Pakistan Gwadar project

You have to understand Pakistan is starting to fund our navy FACs, subs, more ships etcvfor this very purpose

.
operation dwerka remember

Yes, we remembered it very well which was the main reason Indian Navy was modernized rapidly after that. Thanks for the eye opener. But India never lost a single ship or any major Navel asset during "Operation Dwaraka".

But what about "Operation Trident" and "Operation Python" of 1971 ?? LOL :p:

And you know the subsequent result. Karachi port was burning for like 7 days. The main point is Pakistan Navy was simply knocked out of the war with these operations. What more ?? LOL :p:

Pakistan is funding for all these navel assets to counter our merchant ships ?? Then shame on Pakistan. LOL :p:

India is playing a game, rather doing business legally in Chabhar, but you want to say Pakistan will act mischievously ?? What legal right does Pakistan, Pak navy have if Indian vessels traverse international waters to Chabhar ??

And you will tell the world that merchant ships are threat ??

Moreover who is gonna come into Pak territorial waters, the merchant ships won't be able to sail that close the shoreline (12 NM). And there is no such law that permits to attack any vessel in international waters just because Pakistan feel threatened by it.

FYI, Pakistan is not the one who make maritime laws. LOL :p:

And what does #160 explains, EEZ means international water belongs to Pakistan ?? Get some correct knowledge dude. :p:

No thanks, we will use smaller ships multiple times via Chabhar. :p:
Smaller ship will cost more still the prob will be there ...either they need t extend chahbar that India won't be interested to invest second they will look for gawader where u will see very big ships lol

Ok agreed, "Operation Dwaraka" was far more strategic and successful operation than "Operation Trident" and "Operation Python." :)

No Pakistan is adding all these assets to counter any naval threat we have from our enemy

India is our enemy so why would we give it a easy time?

Well that is your right, but threatening to harass merchant vessels, does that make any sense ???

Do merchant vessels pose any threat to Pakistan navy that too in international waters ?? That's my question. :)

Yes, if they carry indian spies and equipment

We already caught your spy on the border of Balochistan, your PM has made statements in support of terrorism in Balochistan

As a result indian ships going into the areas could carry hostile entities and could pose a national security risk and the only way to counter that would be regular stopping ships and inspection

Dude, please don't embarrass yourself. You guy's are simply chance-less. You don't have the authority over international waters, your rights are limited to your territorial waters and that is just 23 K.M (12 NM) from the shore and no merchant vessel operates that close. International waters are open to everyone and all have equal rights.

And if you still try to stop any vessel, it will be treated as a hostility and dealt with accordingly.

We will if we perceive ships to carry something hostile to us

If you blame us for things like Pathankot then what is a few ships being borded

Depending on how hostile we view indian presence we may also make it very difficult for india to move around in Afghanistan

Not in international waters, that amounts to war automatically. :p:

But then the whole world will be with India because Pakistan will be acting illegally. And then you will have to face the repercussions, nothing else.

Even CPEC won't be easy as you think in that case. :p:

How many acts have Pak and India committed that would constitute war, you blame us for Kashmir, Mumbai, Parliament attack, Pathankot arent all these acts of war? So what happened

We blame you for supporting TTP

Of course we wouldn't attack indian interests in Afghanistan but the Taliban might, nothing to do with us:angel:

Why not in international waters, especially if we suspect smuggling drugs, terrorism or piracy and we are very suspicious so in the interests of regional security may have to do extra patrols in our area

.
CPEC and Chabahar are 'surakh batti' a lolly pop for indians who feel happy Pakistan they have check mated CPEC and Pakistani Awaam which thinks the stinking garbage that they threw out of their window onto the road will disappear somehow by CPEC or corrupt to teeth will suddenly find honesty thanks to Chinese. Rich will get more rich and poor, poorer. It goes for both India and Pakistan. They hand a middle class person with a 1000cc car which he attaches a black band to ward off 'evil eye' and washes it religiously every sunday. He would serve them loyaly for it day in and out with ambition sacrificed in this altar of corporate maze. This is the ceiling of progress in our parts. The attitudes need to change if we are to become truly progressive nations. How can we expect to progress when dalits, kami, musali, minorities, women, low castes and trans genders are treated like animals? Poverty is unimaginably deep rooted. We at best will create gated communties. Slums with background of high rises. An old whore painted and plastered.
