Well Pakistan is a tolorent country , and we maintain a stock pile just enough for out defence needs

But due to the international threats , we feel its necessary to test all outcomes in nuclear technology and missile technology

USA has no right to demand anything , however a suggestion would be heard in our parliment , and nothing more, the defence need is analyzed daily

Since we as a Nation Don't ask limitation on USA nuclear program , as such we don't expect any demands on our program

I understand your point, but you have to notice that India purchase for Defence. This is cannot be taken as aggression. Any aggressive missile strike would cause yourself in the race. But I don't see this deal as aggressive strike capability. It is only defence.

in international relations all equal. Its under UN charter. Plus Pakistan itself is a very powerful country in her own, and way to strategically important to be rolled over.

Funny thing about that strategic importance is it is relevant and useful as long as Pakistan lets others access that land, those passes, which open up to Central Asia. If it does not, it naturally becomes an enemy. So, your value lies in letting yourself being used by others, nothing else. That's what pretty much has happened since Pakistan's inception, first US and now China.

Sorry US. Imbalance in conventional arms doesn't allow us to slow our nuclear and missile program. Since you are somewhat reluctant to provide conventional weapons to close this gap, we will have to further accelerate our nuclear program and its delivery systems.

It means Pakistan would decide who get what based on our own interests.

It means you get money only if there is transit, no money, if no transit. Also, bulk of the money is in production and sales, not in transit.
And unlike, the 60s or 70s now there are alternate routes opening up. So there is a competition for the transit route too. Its not like a Panama canal.
