My laptop is my company, but my desktop is CPU: Ryzen 5 5600 (not X), GPU is RTX 3070ti, with a 1TB NVMe SSD as boot drive, it's very fast to boot up, like about 5 secs.
Anyway, laptop will degrade over times, but desktop is forever (since you can swap out the bad parts), I recommend you building a desktop if you want fast performance.

Replace thermal paste on the CPU, your computer should be good enough.
nah, I am sick of this laptop........I wanted a new one, as they say, if you don't spend those money, your wife will do it or you, and I much rather I spend it on a new computer than her getting her hair done....

There are some good gaming laptops nowadays, if you want, look into Lenovo LEGION brand or the ASUS SCAR.

Can be expensive tho.

Still, whatever you said is pointless, because I have a super-duper-mega weapon at my home can destroy any part of the world in mere seconds, I am not going to share that data with you because we don't have good relationship, but trust me bro, it did exist, and I am holding it right now.

The fact is that China has won the supercomputer competition for more than ten years. And the USA is going all out to sanction all Chinese supercomputer companies. In order to avoid sanctions, China has refused to provide any new supercomputer data since 2019. Now the USA won only a game in which the defending champion abstained.

The real data is that China's supercomputers account for 54% of global exports, and the annual income growth rate exceeds 10%.

And the market share of the USA is even lower than that of Japan. If your allies's enterprises are more willing to believe in China's supercomputers, what is the significance of winning these competitions without Chinese participation?

Honestly, did you really just said that??
Last week I was in Las Vegas on a consulting gig to DARPA who is building a mini Death Star disguised as the Raiders stadium. Excellent progress. The world does not suspect a thing.

Sure, China "WON" the supercomputer race, but they don't tell you what they made, but hey trust us, we have won, we just wouldn't tell you how or what because of sanction.........

It's like I show up to NSW Lotto office and said I won the last jackpot, but I won't show you the ticket, because I am afriad the government would know and tax the money (Which is what they will do when you won the lotto)........

@gambit get a load of this.........

Man, this is like the ultimate argument, because there is nothing I can argue, because you refused to show me your argument..........

I only use my laptop on PDF now, used to do presenting with it when I was working with the NSW Police force, but I no longer work for them.

The world should stop and surrender to the US cos we have invented the doomsday device, we won't tell China or Russia what it is because they may copy it........

I would personally get a mind control device, I mean, if you can control people mind a lot of stuff can be done that just use it to attack someone.

The Allegiant 'Death Star' is moving along fine.

When we built the SR-71, the construction hangar was in plain sight and the public was none the wiser. The DARPA Death Star have all the necessary cover of an athletic venue.
