Uri fallout: India pulls out of SAARC summit to be held in Pakistan in Nov

None of Pakistan's neighbour are with Pakistan. This is a grave cause concern for Pakistanis.

Is this what loudspeaker Modi telling you these days?

Guess which country is the most powerful in Asia, tipped to be the next real super power (not some delusional one) and a great neighbor of Pakistan?

None? Did you forget Iran and China?

Indian are terrible at geography. No wonder you named the country India after a river, Indus, that originates in China (2%) and predominantly (93%) flows through Pakistan.

And moreover they shamelessly lay claim to Indus Valley Civlilzation, but then... they can very well lay claim on Egyptian and Inca civilization as well, no one sets barriers to fantasy,

.
That is quite professional for you. keep it up....

Kid, profession is nothing in front of my Lovely Pakistan, Its about services we are getting and we are getting best services from Pakistan so why we let a project go to india for no reason...

Management have not given me these decision making powers without any reasons ... :) enjoy...

I agree ....... I don't want you to give another million $ to pakistani software company. That would totally ruin my day.
Kid you just joined the PDF.. enjoy and stay on topic, i have said BTW and it meant for Pakistani people not for indians...

India pulls out of SAARC - good riddance. Hope there is fresh new block with Pakistan, China, SriLanka, Maldives, Nepal and then allow Bangladesh based on if indian stooge awami league or any other regime in power. With China on board, lot can be done with industry, investment, infrastructure development and defense co operation. This will be long term answer to indian war mongering and interfering in other South Asian countries.

India, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Afghanistan not to attend SAARC summit in PAKISTAN.

Leaders of Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Bhutan have also decided not to attend the summit, which now has to be cancelled as per the SAARC charter.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday decided not to attend the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation Summit in Islamabad in November, leading to its collapse with three more countries of eight-member grouping decided to pull out.

Citing continuous cross border terrorism by Pakistan against India, the government on Tuesday evening announced that ‘in the prevailing circumstances, the government of India is unable to participate in the proposed Summit in Islamabad’.

According to sources, leaders of Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Bhutan have also decided not to attend the 19th SAARC summit to be hosted by Pakistan. The Summit now has to be cancelled as per the SAARC charter the summit can not be held even in the absence of one head of the government.

Announcing the decision, India said that ‘one country’ has created an environment that is not conducive to the successful holding of the Summit.

‘India has conveyed to current SAARC chair Nepal that increasing cross-border terrorist attacks in the region and growing interference in the internal affairs of member states by one country have created an environment that is not conducive to the successful holding of the 19th SAARC Summit in Islamabad in November 2016,’ the External Affairs Ministry said in a statement.

‘We also understand that some other SAARC member states have also conveyed their reservation about attending the Islamabad summit in November 2016,’ it said.

In its communication to Nepal, India has said it remains steadfast in its commitment to regional cooperation, connectivity and contacts but believes that these can only go forward in an atmosphere free of terror.

Meanwhile in Islamabad, Pakistan termed as ‘unfortunate’ India’s decision to not attend the summit.

A foreign office spokesman said that Pakistan has noted from Indian spokesperson’s tweet on Indian announcement about their refusal to participate in 19th SAARC Summit in Islamabad.

‘While we have not received any official communication in this regard, the Indian announcement is unfortunate,’ the spokesman said in a late night statement.

The announcement came on a day Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar issued a second demarche to Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit over September 18 Uri attack and confronted him with proof of ‘cross-border origins’ of the terror strike in which 18 jawans were killed.

The Foreign Secretary called in Basit on Tuesday and told him that the preliminary interrogation reveals identity of one of the slain Uri attackers as Hafiz Ahmed, son of Feroz and resident of Dharbang, Muzaffarabad and also gives details of Pakistan-based handlers.

The two countries have been engaged in a verbal duel at the United Nations with India calling Pakistan a ‘terrorist state’ and a global epicentre of terror.

None is cancelling and with India out they may actually accomplish something rather than listen to endless ranting..
Well if India, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Bhutan back out. There will be no summit in Pakistan.

Lastly, in case you have a short memory (which I am sure you do), you would know that last time the only country blocking proposals that everyone wanted - was Pakistan.

In fact, every country in SAARC was so miffed at Pakistan, they went ahead and signed the same agreements with each other bilaterally.

That is how the entire SAARC views Pakistan. An obstacle and an outlet of foreign powers standing in the way of South Asia.

SAARAC is dead and SCO is the replacement..
How?
Once again, you show your reduced intelligence. SAARC is for South Asian countries. SCO is not.
Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal are not in SCO. Ergo, it cannot be a replacement.

Indian media, or Presstitutes as they are known in India, are known for their misleading reporting. Even Indian are warning their fellow Indians to not trust their media[/URL].

Be that as it may, for now 4 countries have dropped out.

So half the invitees to your party has told you that they are not interested in make it to the party. The cool kids are out, now its only the desperate who will turn up.

Maybe a few more hot air balloons to lighten the mood of the party ?

Modi Fanboy's statement:

And now instead of getting embarrassed, Modi fanboy comes up with this:
China itself want a big pie in Indian market. So get real.

According to Indian Science Congress, vedic science invented planes 7,000 years ago! Even Prime Minister of India, Modi, claims Hindu lord Ganesha had cosmetic surgery with the magic of vedic science.

Like I said, SAARC has no international, regional or economic power. Its no SCO or NATO.

This is for domestic consumption. Modi has to do something to clam the Bhakts, having lied to them about 'cross-border raid', 'killing 20 imaginary terrorist at LoC' and only to retreat after beating drums of war. Something about hot air. :D

Bharti Bhakt, here's what your own people are saying about SAARC:

Like I said, SAARC has no relevance on the international stage. Its little more than a pageant for politicians. Only Bharti Bhakts are emotionally attached to it. :D
