I remember very well about the incident, even remember the news report which i heard on the radio while on my way to some place. It was shocking.

What else can you expect from the Indians. They had to take something to say Cheers and enjoy their act of cowardliness and non professionalism.

their israeli drone (under trial) got shot down....and not long prior to Atlantique incident, indian migs/chopper were shot out of the sky by out-dated ANZA-I stingers

of course yes, in fact all type of P-3C variants have sonobouys. PN is going to get two different upgrades for P-3 fleet, the update II.5 and update III. the update III is going to have new sonobouys and i think so will the update II.5.

i was referring specifically to SSQ-62E & AN/SSQ-53F sonubuoys (50 of former and 350 of latter) which we are also having on order
