You do realize that an overwhelming majority of those attacks and have never been confirmed by satellite imagery and are only based on claims made by Israelis in their newspapers. Right?

Nevertheless, it doesn't tell us anything about this incident. Two important incidents occurred on the same day (just one day before the anniversary of the establishment of the IRGC on April 22nd, 1979): 1- Explosion at a sensitive missile factory, 2- Explosion at a nuclear facility. It was then followed by an ammonia leak at Coca Cola factory in Haifa and arson at Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Make whatever you want of it, I am entitled to my own opinion as you are.

There are independent hints of Covert Warfare between Israel and Iran and multiple developments in relation. This would be a much broader theme of discussion however. This can be a topic in itself.

I think its flight pattern was a lot different than what most Israeli AD is used to(BM, rockets) which is why it was hard to intercept, could you give a theory of why the missile wasn't intercepted?
