I just posited a reflective thought process intended to appreciate the divergences in governing environment with inherently dichotomized belief systems and conflictive conciliatory processes.

Dichotomous belief systems cannot co-exist. If such belief systems have to co-exist, then secularism is that conciliatory principle that has the potential to facilitate co-existence. And since it is by nature conciliatory, compromises have to be made on both sides, for everyone's well being. You cannot have reconciliation without compromise. This is not even remotely Orwellian. It is infact quite the opposite.
