Don't ask any questions to civil authorities, the funds they were getting for the last 30 years, where they are gone?
Just everything is the responsibility of Rangers or PA. Keep cursing of DHA. There are no other societies in Pakistan but DHA.

Often the Terrorist network also rely on the criminal elements in Local Cities

The sudden rise could be attributed to formation of new network in region and active recruiting

Many of the criminal networks were destroyed by Military operation in past
The re-emergence of networks is due to weakness in Police force and Investigative Units

Crime did not go up in the city randomly but is done purposefully.

Who will do the encounters, ambush the thieves? Sindh police? They operate with collusion.

Rangers walk in to control street crime, it will be a bait for the woke.

Rangers can never be a substitute for police.
