we cannot deny the fact that human right violation has occured in kashmir and in north east india.

The huge work & mental pressure on indian armed forces is one of the reasons .We saw similar human right violation by american forces in iraq & afganisthan.This happens as they are staying away from thier home for a long period.


Its high time that police and otherstate forces are trained to handle the internal situation.

Army's work must be limited to border.

BSF & CRPF are some other forces that has to be given maple rest and better working condition and pay

Abduction of civilians and their murder by the army and police is not a human right violation, it is a crime against humanity. Not allowing a detainee to see his lawyer is a human right violation.

Pakistanis do not want this to happen to our country men but unfortunately we are helpless and there is little we can do to stop this tyranny ! However in india case it seems that this is state sponsored cruel genocide ordered by the civilians in your govt therefore indian public will is also involved here it not cruelty by indian army only.

Well even if you shout it on the top of your lungs, does it really matter? That's the question you should ask yourself before thinking about how you could think about your own country and decide to progress peacefully. You need to look into your own interest. Which is not by fighting against us but by remaining at peace.

Does it matter to those that get killed who ordered the killings ? So your excuse of civilians having no control is not valid.
