First of all - the headline is wrong and incredibly mis-quoted.

Second - Wouldnt take these cosmetic messages too seriously. Especially when US is the one not serious about combating the spread of Daish, which is now existing between Libya and Syria and beyond.

Third - The UJC claimed responsibility for the attack they are a Kashmiri group of fighters.

It's regrettable that people died but in the minds of Kashmiris (and even myself) it's one of those "you reap as you sow" type things. Clearly india's military presence in Kashmir is vociferously un-wanted, and incident like this serve as reminder

well fact is pakistan sudharne wala nhe h...which means woh apni kabar khud khod chukka h...after 90's...world knows supporting terririsom is pak big agenda..however they are real hero for them...who said it world knows..so expecting help from pak is worthless..better is no talk with pak..which is indian govt doing in future..and world now gonna pressure on pak ...

Well that is string of possibilities. They can be from Afghanistan, they can be from Pakistan and they can be from India as well. This does in no way implies that handlers are from Pakistan. Otherwise you can go to your media telling them you have credible proofs that handlers are from Pakistan because a Pakistani poster on PDF says so..
