Why do you think Biden will create anarchy ? I think since Biden is the preferred leader of black and latino then they are going to be more submissive and Biden I think will be more responsive in dealing with incident like happening some time ago, thus avoiding any future riots

Its the perception by the more center and right wing voters that think Biden won’t deal with the domestic security issue and just let looters loot. If Biden wins he needs to show that while addressing minorities concerns about unfair policing by instituting procedures to root out bad apples, he will also need to find a way to support police stopping looters and rioters without seeming like he isn’t for a crackdown. It’s a balancing act many are unsure how he will do it, while they know Trump will back all methods to just crackdown.

they key is diffusing the situation and resolving the underlying issues once and for all. Biden maybe able to pull it off but it will have to start with trust building which is limited between police and communities of color.
